Healing from Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) is a journey that can feel isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming. Too often, survivors are left without the support, understanding, or resources they need.

That’s why we built the Healing and CPTSD Community Hub—a private, survivor-led space where healing happens in community.

This is more than just a group.


More than a forum.
More than a collection of resources.

This is a home for survivors—a space where you are seen, heard, and understood without judgment, toxic positivity, or the pressure to “just get over it.”

Healing doesn’t happen alone. Here, you don’t have to do it alone.

what makes the healing and c-ptsd community hub different?

💡 Survivor-Led & Trauma-Informed
This space was built by survivors, for survivors. We understand the complexities of CPTSD—not just from research but from lived experience. That means everything inside the Hub is designed with safety, validation, and real support in mind.

💡 A Social-Media-Free Brave Space
Unlike traditional online spaces, the Hub is private and protected. There’s no noise, no public judgment—just a space where you can be real. You don’t have to perform healing here. You just get to be where you are in your journey.

💡 Support, Not Toxic Positivity
Healing isn’t about forcing yourself to "think positive" or pretending trauma doesn’t affect you. It’s about learning how to navigate triggers, set boundaries, regulate your nervous system, and build real, meaningful connections—on your terms.

💡 A True Community, Not Just a Support Group
This isn’t just a space to vent. It’s a space to grow, learn, and heal alongside people who truly understand what it means to live with CPTSD. We are here for the breakdowns and the breakthroughs. The small wins and the hard days. The moments of resilience and the moments of survival.

We offer themed spaces designed to meet you where you are in your healing. Whether you need to talk about trauma recovery, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, or just want a space to be yourself, there’s a place for you inside the Hub.

  • Daily Community Conversations – Share, connect, and support others in a space that feels like home, not social media.

  • Themed Support Spaces – Whether you're navigating triggers, grief, relationships, or boundaries, there’s a place for you to connect with others who get it.

  • Identity-Specific Support Spaces – Including groups for BBIPOC survivors, LGBTQIA+ survivors, immigrants, those with disabilities, and more—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

 

💬 Survivor-Led Support Circles

Healing happens in community, and our Support Circles are the heart of the Hub.

These are small-group spaces led by survivors where you can connect with others who share similar experiences. Whether you’re healing from childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, addiction recovery, or parenting with CPTSD, Support Circles give you a safe place to be seen and supported.
