Our shop is PRINT ON DEMAND!

On Demand printing produces less waste and is great for the environment, which is something we care about over here at Healing & C-PTSD.

This means that your order is made the moment you pay for it! Fulfillment takes 2-7 business days.

SHIPPING
​
Shipping takes 4-6 business days, after fulfillment, in the United States. 
​
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING within the United States. 
​
Outside of the United States will take longer for shipping, and unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping at this time. 
​
Because we use a Print On Demand Services, Products are shipped separately.

 

 

RETURN POLICY | DAMAGED GOODS

Because this shop was created to fund our community, and it is currently print on demand, we are NOT able to offer returns on any of our products, or any refunds. We suggest double-checking the size charts for clothing, as they run true to size.

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must email us within 1 week of delivery with photo proof of the issue, so that we can issue a new product out to you. 
​

WRONG ADDRESS | UNCLAIMED | RETURN TO SENDER

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We’ve seen this happen with surprise gifts! While we know you don't want to ruin the surprise, we suggest confirming that address with them again. It is much better to get the order there the first time so that you won't inquire about any additional shipping costs.
